Refund & Cancellation Policy – Scientific Ravi

At Scientific Ravi, we aim to provide high-quality digital content, courses, and educational materials.
Due to the nature of our products, this Refund Policy explains when refunds are applicable.
1. Digital Products (PDFs, Notes, MCQs, E-books)
All digital products are non-refundable because:
• They are instantly delivered
• They cannot be “returned” once downloaded
• Users get full access immediately
No refunds will be issued after a successful purchase.
2. Online Courses
Refunds for courses are only provided in the following rare conditions:
Payment was made twice accidentally You were charged but did not receive access Technical issues that prevent access (verified by our team)
Refunds are not provided for:
• Completed courses
• Certificates already issued
• Incorrect purchase by user
• Change of mind
3. Certificate Fees
Certificate fees are non-refundable once the certificate has been issued.
If the certificate has not yet been generated, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
4. Payment Failure / Pending Transactions
If money is deducted but product/course is not delivered:
• Email us with payment proof
• Our team will verify with the payment gateway
• Refund/Access will be provided within 3–7 working days
5. Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
